Supercell is Losing the Fight Against Hackers...

Supercell has constantly been in a battle with hackers and scammers trying to take over other player's accounts, and unfortunately it seems like they're losing...

If you’ve got a high level account on any Supercell game, you’re gonna want to listen up. There’s currently a huge problem with accounts being stolen and traded, and I’m going to try to help make sure that in the case that you do lose an account, you can get it back.

But first, let’s take a look at exactly what’s going on with Supercell, and why hackers, scammers, whatever you want to call them, are seemingly able to steal players accounts so easily.
As we discussed in the last video, Supercell accounts are pretty valuable, with maxed out accounts sometimes going for hundreds of dollars. Of course, this makes them worthwhile targets for account traders looking for a quick buck.
And here’s the scary thing. These guys are able to get access to these accounts without even needing the email or password.

I have a solution though: just make an easy “security phrase” that you can set and remember (which will be mandatory) and whenever you lose your account, that security phrase will be required to recover your account.

A good solution would be to send the player a popup notification informing them that someone else is claiming their account. If the player interacts with the notification, Supercell will know the account is still in use and won't transfer it. However, if there is no interaction for, let's say, 30 days, the account can then be transferred.

Why don’t they have a recovery email or backup included when making the account. If you can’t at least quote that you shouldn’t get access back

Instead of getting rid of your old decorations, use a shovel on them and stash them away. That way you can still have them and look at them, but you can put them away before you sign off of your account and people can’t guess the year as easily.

i had all of my card at level 14 and it was my main 7 years old clash royale account nd hacker stole it i send supercell to 38 mail but i think i couldn't convince them that it was my account, i hate supercell.

I have a question. If the hacker is not from the same country as the victim then why is it hard for supercell to tell if they have been hacked or not? I thought Supercell kept logs or something in terms of iP, or why doesn't supercell require a verification through Gmail instead of just making a new account and doing it through support? I feel this is easily fixable.

Once tencent got a hold of the company i knew it was game over. Passion had died and greed has taken over this is why i have been looking into other games since then and decided not to support supercell.

About those sellers, buyers, swappers with other games & traders are still continued due to grinding the new accounts again to the highest lvl, and I very hate those transaction accts. because they want to surrender to earn money then repeat again.

Wait… they’re fighting hackers? Also why tf can we not report accounts that are hacking or using a bot in brawl stars, nobody wants to be in a match with a teammate that’s standing still and spamming their attack into a wall

I recently lost my 7+ years old account. Someone from India hacked it, i tried to recover it, supercell says they can't assist me with it. It's just insane how I've spent so much money and time on this game and their only reply is go contact us through game's settings which is total bullsh## it doesn't even work. I hope somehow I'm able to get it back, tysm for acknowledging this problem.
