INGREDIENTS
2 cups uncooked rice (I used long grain rice)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast you can also use rotisserie chicken
500 g smoked sausages: Kielbasa
½ cup celery finely chopped
½ cup carrots diced
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion chopped
½ Tablespoon garlic
1 Tablespoon chicken stock powder substitute with 3 cups liquid chicken stock
½ teaspoon dried jalapeno
Salt and black pepper
