Police was last seen in the waligiu arc (i think) aka war off the fat intalians 2018 so i think they got deleted is because the tpose army they proberly got the police
X and fm was last seen in the 20 year anniversary (i think) but they came back in the lawsuit arc when miyamoto signed the dmca they are remors off x and fm getting a redisign
I think enzo got deleted is because he was a crazy fan boy and tried killing mario and smg4 but luckily he got removed
