As of Dec 1st, i will be a 1 year intraday trader and I'm at the desk every morning. 6:30 AM until 3 PM central time with weekends and constant self-evaluation. And it's still not easy to say a very least.

Have a solid structured trading plan for pre market, midday and post market for review and reflection As well as have developed a few solid edges. Now the main thing getting in the way is the "stick to your edge" thing.

I really agree with this. I’ve been at this 8 months, and I’m still getting my brain wrapped around it. I’ve been in operations and data analytics for 30 years, and thought it would be straightforward- it’s not. I’ve found solid edge in one spot, and I’m running on paper until I’ve seen the ups and downs in it.

I`m in year 3 and I have 3 Edges and I`m working on my 4th and 5th. This was the hardest thing I ever had to learn professionally.

Structure breakouts and scalps, bollinger bands, DMA, liquidity grabs, patterns, volume. Only been 2 years so far and it’s been rough, but I’m finally seeing results. Will add Dom to my list soon.

I'm doing this now trying to stick to my playbook of indicators and patterns and pivots and seeing where that vwap is and where the macd crosses the 0 line and where the trendline higher time frame breaks are
