It honestly wasn’t bad. They honestly need to adjust the song to their vocals now. When they started they had to be in their 20’s. They just have to lower their registers now and they haven’t been singing in years so it’s just about practice and readjustment. And whoever does Maxee versus will have to make them their own now instead of trying to sing it like her

It hurts my heart when I think about how BOMB they were back in the day, and then to see them struggle just to sing the right notes. Truly heartbreaking. They were so underrated then, but how they sound now reflects how they were treated in the industry.

It's sad that Kina declined Nicci's "invitation", but what did we expect? Kina was probably confused at what Brownstone has become, a rent-a-singer group anyway. Obviously it would've never been the same without Maxee, but it'd have felt more right with Nicci, Mimi and Kina keeping the legacy alive - none of that is left by now.

They are much older now....I wouldn't expect them to sing as they did years ago.... our voices deepen as we grow older but the fact they can still show up is a blessing in itself....

All of the great 90s Girl Groups are officially back. 702, Blaque, Total, SWV, Xscape, and now Brownstone. I think its time we get a 90s Girl Group National Tour. With TLC, Xscape as the headliners. SWV as the co-headliners, and then 702, Total, Brownstone, Blaque can all open on certain shows. That would be dope.
