If Kayla truly wanted a shot at the title, she would have signed with the UFC for at last a short 2 to 3 fight contract. She's not serious about fighting these fighters if she went back to PFL, however, her continuing to talk tough about it keeps her relevant and keeps her name out there. Could you imagine while she's been with PFL and had never said anything about wanting to fight this person in the UFC or that person in Bellator for a title, even though she knows damn well those fights will never ever happen as long as she's with that organization? I mean maybe Scott Coker is willing to do something. The MMA world wouldn't even know who she was if she hadn't talked. So from a business standpoint, she has to keep saying things like that... she has to keep teasing fans who don't know any better otherwise we would totally forget about her under the PFL banner.

The business model at ATT requires a large number of fighters. It lets a gym scale and buy better equipment. Pay for the larger space. Pay for the coaches. These gyms are not built to cater to a top fighter. It’s a stable of top fighters and just wasn’t a good fit for her anymore. People in the comments dumping on ATT don’t understand how business works
