I appreciate the info and the time you put into this. I've never made an explainer video before, however, I like how you touched on, you get what you pay for. I am constantly battling with people who say they can get someone to shoot their videos for a fraction of what I charge and I tell them the same thing. Sometimes, I get lucky and after they book with someone cheaper, they'll come back and book me at my full rate. If people understood this little bit, I know of a few personally who would have saved money if they just would have went with what I originally quoted instead of dishing out the extra dough to someone who is point and shooting.

How about Fiverr freelancers that charge as low as frigging $100 with stunning samples to show for it, and massive sales?
