This made me cry. I lost 7 people in 2017 and this year my buddy called me up and didn’t want to live anymore. I don’t have a license due to an oui when I didn’t care about myself and drank every single day which is extremely selfish but I hopped into my car and sped all the way to his house just to find an ambulance there and his mom outside. I didn’t know what to do so I just dropped to my knees and started crying. “I can’t heal all this pain when I’m constant hurt. That’s why I hope for the best but prepare for the worst.” One love man, I’m glad you are living for your friends. I am too and can never give up on anything. Damn! Just found this song and It’s been on repeat. This shit hit different. In 2016 I survived quadruple shooting but lost 3 blood brothers and one of my best friend. Abused as a kid, got bipolar disorder, homeless at that time, trenches was my home and I lost my soul to the street. After the shooting, I couldn’t get over the guilt of loosing 4 people that was very close to me. I lost hope and started heavy on pills cos thats d only way to numb my pains.

Within 7 years I lost over 20 friends to gang life. I knew my time was fast approaching. Tho! I wasn’t scared of death but For once I felt my invincibility is gradually fading away and I need to make some changes asap.

To crown it all, I took a decision that changed my entire life. I went back to college. At this moment I work with machine learning and ARtificial Intelligence. I never for once believed that I could to do it, but I found my strength in that moment of pain.

To anyone reading this, believe in yourself and never give up.
