I highly recommend starting the bolt fastening on the drivers side. You'll be able to line up better on the passengers side if you do it due to the tight fit. At least that was my experience today. Took about 1.5 hours total.

I installed mine today. I made the cuts to the undercarriage pans according to the instructions. I had the trim more on the drivers side, and the instructions make you trim more than you need. Also on the passenger size the instructions have you cut the ear off that bolts to the frame. This leaves that side cover flopping around with no rear support.

Bought mine a year ago and has been excellent besides the fact it started squeaking after one year every time i go over bumps even with a empty small 5x8 trailer. Any suggestions? I tied maybe realigne it but results the same.
