What is the point in saving the chat as any type of file if it is, as you ZIPPED, and can;t be used on another phone or device, useless... SAVE IT FOR SOMETHING

Anyone know how to actually do this? I can only get the last few months, including audio. The chat is several years. It's all on the phone and I can go back even to the beginning and everything is there OK. But this method doesn't work to export it because it's so limited.
