EVERY Morning.

Well, this one came out of nowhere! I wrote it after I realized I'd watched the pilot for GLITCH & Gooseworx's INCREDIBLE Amazing Digital Circus animated series TEN TIMES of my own volition. The team turned around all the art in about 2 and a half weeks, and I was able to edit the video in two days!

The song itself is heavily inspired by both the "Just For Kids Entertainment" VHS logo and "Scat Rat" from The Mouse and His Child, with a focus on big, booming Brass Synths to be as aggressively happy as one would imagine a Digital Circus to be.

I find it very tender how he greets Ragatha in the morning, that is, it is like a child letting a young lady pass first, but in this case he is a very tender Caine, as if he were bowing to Ragatha.

Man, you're probably the only people who didn't villanize Caine as much in here as others. People forget that Caine isn't some malicious entity behind all, he's an accidental antagonist, aka, he isn't trying to be evil at all, he's just trying to keep the members of the circus sane but unintentionally doing bad for them due to barely understanding humans at all.

I love the idea that Caine genuinely does care about the welfare of the other characters. He wants to help them, but he just doesn't know how. The best he can do is keep their minds occupied so that they don't go insane, but inevitably he's going to run out of ideas for new things they can do. He's basically a reverse-AM.

I love this song's concept! It repeats with the same sense of the actual show of the characters being stuck in the same routine because they're stuck in the game. With minor differences to spice it up!
