Opel Corsa C dashboard error, engine doesn't start.

Only these 2 Lights are displayed, everything works, except the engine doesnt start.
Any help?

I had the same problem in my Corsa C. And I also had errors P1616 and P1613. It's caused by too loose connection between the clocks and the plug (a common Corsa C defect). To solve it, you need to dismantle the clocks and stiffen the connection. You can use a regular dish sponge or something like that. It helped me.

Hi, I have the same problem. I discovered that the problem is when the air humidity is high, so I try to dry the dashboard with hair dryer and it always work🙂. Kicking is working too, but the garage advice is not to do it often.

Lifesaver! Just knock at the dash…a little hard knock fixed mine. I saw a comment saying that soldering every capacitors is a permanent fix.

I fixed the problem for good.
I sent the dashboard to an electrician and he checked the electronics board and welded every single capacitor.

You should knock at the dashboard, and the problem will cease. This is a contact error.

Had the same problem. Disconnected battery for 5 mins to reset CPU. Reconnected battery and fault cleared.

Had the same problem with a rental Opel Corsa. Was caused by the immobilizer, though the warning is engine failure. Putting the car on handbrake a couple of times fixed the problem.

My issue was a damaged earth cable under the center console. Hope this helps someone else.

It could be the dash board connector or a relay on the fuse box under the hood

On my corsa it turned out the small metal bar that rotates when you turn the key was broken. That is on the back side of the ignition.

Just knock the dashboard, or go to an service an remove the dashboard and do the connection with dash again, for me just an easy knok in the dash fixed the problem☺

Maybe the diesels air locked because you have ran it with no diesel try puttin diesel in leave it couple hours and try it again if not bleed the pump
