He truly cared about helping people, and he did help lots of people! Deal a Meal and Sweating to the Oldies were bssed on sound science. I wish he would have recieved a lot more respect for what he achieved and the positive impact he made. ❤

I used to belong to his exercise studio The Anatomy Asylum. I will miss him.✝️🙏🏼🦋❤️
