The plot of the story is on fake or fabricated facts to show what is wished to be shown to common people
1. Millions of dollars and pounds were going overseas day and night and ISI and MI were unaware of it "yani kissi ko pata hi na chala"
2. How dare a so called "Garage man" had access to ISI chief and The Chief believed him 100%
3. An engineer and or a scientist on duty or retired from the most important institution are supposed to be under monitored movement or under surveillance but here ISI and MI let two prominent engineer and scientists to go to Kabul to sell cookies and chocolates
4. Money coming to PAEC chief and he was on property buying spree and ISI, MI and government never knew about it
5. Most wanted person in the world lived under the neighborhood of GHQ and ISI and MI came to know when US took him out
6. GHQ got attacked by terrorists in day light and ISI and MI never knew about it and couldn't do anything to stop it
7. Either it is all fake or ISI and or MI are incompetent (na tajarbakar)
Since world know they are quite competent so above story and blames look fake
8. Dr. Khan is quite clear by looking at facts that he was made a "Scape Goat" or "Qurbani Ka Bakra" and that Mr. Khan again sacrificed himself second time for the Pak Soil "Dharti Maa"
