I remember i emailed coolermaster asking if i could buy a new screw because i had stripped one. They sent me a whole new full mounting kit free if charge, on just a cheap air cooler. It definitely pays off being nice like that.

ASUS not honoring their warranty or scamming customers is beyond the scope of drama. In my opinion once you’ve started allegedly violating federal laws it’s now just a crime.

I once emailed Zotac about a broken GPU fan and they responded within 24 hours, the GPU's warranty had already expired but they still fixed it for free. I can vouch for Zotac

Artic did the same for me, i asked them "do you need some information about my AiO manufacturer code?" They said "No, no need for that we trust our customers"
They were so smooth that I thought it was a scam😂

In Indonesia, gigabyte make huge mistake for a monitor G24F2. The monitor was very problematic, and hundreds of people did RMAs en masse and simultaneously due to the age of the monitor being damaged and problematic between 8 months and 15 months.

Meanwhile, the after sales service is very long and slow, some even waited for more than 5 months, but there is still no news and certainty. Only today Gigabyte Indonesia issued an official statement regarding the RMA for the monitor when it went viral in Indonesia 2 weeks ago because customers were fed up with being ignored for months.

Noctua and Deep Cool always chill. Noctua will send out parts for you even after 10 years and Deep Cool pr department is on crack and I love it

Sapphire tends to be fantastic too, and be quiet! Can be pretty good with mounting kits - if you ask, they should send you one for a tiny shipping cost.

Arctic is one of the friendliest companies ever. I bought a Freezer 33 but they were out of stock. They upgraded my order to a Freezer 34 for free. Since then I only buy Arctic products because I know they respect and love their customers. I have also bought some fan products ☺️

Making mistakes is ok. Not owning them and blaming the customer, insulting their intelligence and scamming them is not.

Most of these companies don't make mistakes. They know what they are doing. It's the recovery we should look at. Which companies give the best outcome/ results for the consumer.
