The panel discussion on Urban Economics Planning, will produce an interactive dialogue to generate a pragmatic insight and point out the socio-economics perspective, how the impact of urban planning affects the relationship with economic development.

The panel speaker will also be invited to raise up the latest macroeconomics trend, particularly to the analysis of the real estate sector in post pandemic and beyond. What is the next trend, the prospects and the challenges that the real estate sector might face ?
