An early start saw me hiking in the dark to try and reach the summit of the mountain for sunrise.

Cracking Murray. I did a bit hill fitness on Tuesday morning, Bishop Hill circular from Holl Reservoir made a nice change from walking the pavements in town.

Great video, you truly understand what is paradise on Earth.
I once bivouacked on the summit of Ben Hope at the summer solstice with a grand view over the North Atlantic. It is said the sun does not set at midnight. My calculations said it did, but I wanted more of the adventure. Lovely evening, but then the clouds came in. Never mind. Another time perhaps as if. PS. Despite the clouds it did not get dark at all.

A cracking wee film Murray, I love this hill and it's a family favourite to walk it in the morning then off to the Highland Chocolatier for a pig out.
Really missing not being able to go out when the mood takes me but what can you do.
