Hello Adrua, yeah, i have my spinich and afew other greens that have bolted.:-(. Owell, its just part of what we go thru, as gardeners, i guess... Love your vids. Till next time garden gal..:-)

My greens are now bolting, so it is time to pull them up.

Not one of my collards have bolted I'm this Texas summer heat, I keep them mulched with fine wood chips to keep the soil moist and they thrive! So many big leaves and I can't keep up with their production! Perhaps try mulching with wood chips :)

Are you able to just cut the flowering off?
