About Tracy Ma, host of Financial Nirvana Mama:
I help Canadian investors, business owners, professionals who are action takers go from self doubt to confident in building multiple streams of income & wealth so that they can ultimately live their BEST LIFE.

I'm Canadian, former environmental engineer turned real estate & stock investor, featured in Huffington Post, Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, AOL Finance and much more. But mainly I'm a wannabe dancer, fitness enthusiast and mother of twins.

My 1st 'aha moment’ was when I killed my student loans after slaving away at 3 jobs, 70+ hr weeks, and BURNING OUT. I changed my life by investing in real estate & stocks while holding an engineering career, young family (twins) and life. At 35, I built a 7 figure++ legacy so I left engineering + gov't golden handcuffs to live life on my terms.

My #1 goal is to help you GAIN time freedom using real estate, stocks & life hacks

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

27 40 is a good one. Will aim to do that. Investing 50% is a bit unrealistic in today's scenario though. Like you said, with kids and extracurriculars

"Hello! I hope you're doing well. I was wondering, could you please share the website you prefer for comparing VFV and VOO in relation to dividend reinvestment and expense ratios? Thanks!"

I'm looking to restructure my portfolio. I want to get back to the basics which involves ditching my VGRO etfs for the US index S&P 500. I've had VGRO for about 3 years and the returns have been lackluster. Looking at the VFV which covers the S&P 500. However, as I understand it, I'll wind up getting hit with 15% US withholding taxes (which I've recently learned about) if I go with the Canadian fund VFV. Am I better off simply liquidating my shares in VGRO and converting to US currency and purchasing VOO instead of VFV? Maybe you know of a better US etf that is cheaper than VOO?

Dividend stocks have their own advantages over time I have accumulated shares with a monthly dividend of $4, 000, still find stock trading much better after I came across a strategy last year which it's minimum weekly profit return is about $9, 000 with these two investments I got a new place and a car with so many other investments established.

Most Canadians don’t have all this money. I don’t know what is realistic and what is not.

Maybe it’s just me but I can’t justify buying a new car, the car I have now is 24 years old I bought it about five years ago for $100 at an action and cost me $600 to safety and spent no more then $500 a year on minor repairs on average 🤷‍♂️

Your S&P 500 advice contradicts your advice to invest in 100% Canadian dividends to pay no tax.

I have a two bedroom home and would be interested in house hacking (so I would have someone living in the room next to me). Do you have any tips on finding good roommates (both safe and reliable enough to pay rent and not damage my place)? Any advice would be appreciated.

Escape inflation and the need to invest by buying and storing your excess income after expenses and taxes in bitcoin.
