Assalaamu'alaykum. Please note that this particular Nasheed here does not have music. What you do hear that sounds like music is just taking advantage of 'a capella', or vocals, which uses voices only with no musical instruments involved. The voice recordings are simply set at different tones and different times to create a harmony/tune in the background - just like different people singing at the same time. Recording companies also use other voice effects to enhance the artist's voice. This Nasheed here is similar to the effects used by Nasheed artists such as 'Talib-al-Habib'.

The 'a capella' genre does not have any musical instruments involved, but do be careful to which Nashaa'id you listen to. Unfortunately some of them do have musical instruments, may Allah SWT guide us & protect us all, Ameen.
