Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Mozzarella Cheese Cubes as you required
Button Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and then add onion and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Chicken Mince and stir it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir and then add Salt, Button Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli and stir it and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid. After that remove lid and add Garam Masala Powder and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame. After that Your Samosa Stuffing is Ready.
Step 2: When you make samosa then you should first fold (Samosa Sheet) it into 5 inches and then fold it (For this Watch Video) and then fill it and fry until it become into golden brown color. You Perfect Shape Samosa is ready.
