how to share scopes across multiple views configured for the same state...
(ex. I want to drop down in the above ui-view, load the respective data in the other ui-view and save the respective data from the second view in the third ui-view).

Hi! Thank you for awesome work! May I ask you for the source code for small project you're showing at the end of this video tutorial, there are multiple views and all surrounding files like app.js for running node server, webServies files and so on. Such template (situation) can be applied in real life very often but you didn't show more details in this tutorial (because tutorial is about ui-router, it's understood). But is this whole small app available to go through and I could go through & analyze it myself, from node server & SQL, until multiple states...in a complete working condition. :)

I am particularly interested in how to do this by UI Router:

We may need to write several templates: one template for one layout. Then, in the same state and controller, we need to be able to choose the template according to users' layout choice (as a parameter).
