As a Haitian only thing I’d add to this great list is shallots and cloves. But every Haitian makes it slightly different either way good job!!!

I just ran into your channel, and I will tell you right now, that I have already subscribed and gave the thumbs up, in the first minute of your video! The main reason that I did so, is because of your calm voice, and your natural awesome personality just showed through, immediately! I must say though, that where I shop for my groceries, I ha e never, ever seen such an exuberant amount of dirt on my cilantro, nor my flat leaf or Italian style Parsley. That was a shocker! But, you know what to do, and you are doing it all so well! Keep up the good work...for you, I appreciate!❤❤❤

Very good epis! I make mine in small batches becauae it lasts so long. I also use vinegar in the Epis itself. I like the lime and vinegar taste together. Once you do it enough you can tweak it how you want, I eye ball my measurements like a true haitian.
