Great Watch, i got the Green Dial Version, which i find even better.
Thickness is no Problem, it wears very comfortably.
Its a Keeper!

Beautiful watch, at some point there has to be that epiphany that beyond all brand recognition of rolex et al the Grand Seiko is just too good to be ignored... With this watch that is the case.

I had the SBGJ203 Mt Iwate and it was a gorgeous piece. My only grips were the thickness and the movement. It was running -10 seconds/day after a visit to GS. If you want GS, get spring drive or quartz. Their automatics aren’t very great compared to the Swiss.

Great looking watch. To me the date window messes up the 'symmetry' of the watch though. Here's hoping for more watches without date windows in the future.
