"We're talking about reopening workplaces on a day when deaths are going up. And as you do so, have you given much thought to low-income workers, particularly service workers who might be elderly, might have compromised health, might have kids at home, who are faced with a choice between going back to work or staying home and losing their workmen's compensation benefits? Is there any consideration to creating some way way for people to get waivers?"
