Been using AT 205 for decades. Scotty opens his mouth and the price quadrupled in ten years. It does work wonders.

The AT-205 is the saving grace of early model cars. I own a 2006 Benz SL65 with the ABC suspension system & though the performance of the system is absolutely phenomenal, they are highly prone to failure if not meticulously maintained. The main cause is due to gasket & seal degradation failures & the cost to replace the system is typically in the $10k range. Even though the maintenance of mine was completed to the letter, I noticed a slight lean & sag on the left passenger side front strut. I added a small amount of AT-205 to the ABC hydraulic system & it not only remedied the lean but improved the performance as well to a practically brand-new condition for $20. 3 years later & it still performs perfectly. I can't recommend this product enough.

Good tip, spray AT-205 on your rubber parts under your car, it will keep the rubber from drying out.

I used two cans on a 50 year old C6 with 100k miles and it greatly slowed down the front pump seal leak. That seal has been leaking for 30 years ever since I put a shift kit in it. That ATS 205 is the ONLY stuff that really slowed the leak. It tried every trans additive over the decades and nothing helped for long. Very impressive stuff! Worth the $ since type F is hard to find and expensive to keep adding.

I have a 2004 Toyota Hilux Ute, manual 2.7L done 260 000 kms runs like a dream, wouldn't trade it for the world . I wouldn't put my life in a driver less car, really like your clips mate.

You MUST BE CAREFUL when using AT205. AT205 isn't just a sealer it's also a cleaner. I used AT205 in my engine because of a rear main seal leak, because my engine was dirty inside (I didn't know this at the time) the AT205 did slow the leak but it also broke loose some of the sludge inside the engine clogging up the oil strainer causing the check oil light to come on. So if you have an engine that you haven't been keeping up with the oil changes proceed with caution before using this product.

Hi Scotty, I beg to differ, i have a 2000 Toyota Corolla with 149890 miles, and im a back yard mechanic myself, it runs better than when it was new. The 1998 - 2000 was the best Corolla EVER made. I even opened the intake and exhaust up more - put an external chip on the mas air, AND yes they do work" put a 4 speed auto transmission with overdrive from a 3 speed auto, K&M oil and air filter, Mobile one 20-50, And, 92 octane gas, and yes it makes a difference in my Corolla, it just plain hauls A. im sure it has about 170 horses ..Im an 8 cylinder guy and this satisfy"s me a lot...Love your videos Scotty.

I have used this multiple times in various cars. It does work if the leak is not bad, but won't work if the leak is too much.

I used this at your recommendation and made the mistake of mentioning that I did so to my 70+ year old mechanic. First of all, from what I can tell, it worked and stopped the leak! But my mechanic said that this was the most dumbbell thing I could have done to my engine because I may have also stopped oil flow not only to a seal, but to other critical parts of the engine. He told me a slow leak is nothing to worry about and to just keep on top of it by frequently checking my oil level and to never do something so dumb again. So…[sigh]…what am I supposed to take away from this experience? I’d love to hear your reply.

Loved every single BMW I've ever owned. One 535i went over 400k. Did all work myself. Find friends that work on their cars. Have fun. Learn. Enjoy.

GREAT stuff scotty for stopping seal leaks. Then in a few hundred miles the swealed seal just pops out and oil is pouring out of the seal. Thai is what happened to me.

I got a hand-me-down 97SLS Cadillac. It had that North Star engine and it was leaking fluid to the point where I couldn't keep it in the car and it was overheating. I was told that it was too expensive to repair, like you said and it is and was a worthless car because of the problems of replacing and repairing the leak and the engine itself with the head gasket and the screws. We're
Too small because of what they had to do with the multivalve engine at the time, so the solution is to replace it with an ls engine and then you can still use the car and you have a good engine that won't have the problems of the North Star.
