question Is it totally necessary to download the Mackie Producer Driver for the interface to work 100%?

because I just bought it and the pc read it instantly, but there was a very strange problem. When I tried to record in Pro Tools it is very low even though I speak loudly and the microphone is 100% turned up, it also happens in other programs like Adobe Audition, in Reaper it doesn't record and even with Zoom the same thing happens.

What if it say Onyx 1-2 Connected. But when you go to settings of Bluetooth & Other Devices. Under Audio it says 🔊 Onyx Artist 1-2 (Driver is Unavailable)

Hi, have you tried powering the device with a power adapter? Like an iphone charger adapter? Will it work?

I connected it to a computer once then it was working fine even connected it to my phone.. and to the computer again..then I gave it a rest now I can't see the USB LIGHT ON AGAIN... I recently try it to another laptop but seem that laptop was outdated.. but GAIN lights came on and the MIX +48v .. but no USB LIGHT.

Hello! help me with this, I use win10:
1. I have a Mackie Producer 2-2 audio interface and a behringer c3 microphone.
2. When I connect the microphone to the interface, the microphone's red power light turns on, when you activate the Phanton-48v button, its LED lights up.
3. The pc does not recognize the microphone and it does not sound anything.
4. The audio interface driver -Mackie_USB_Driver_v4_47_0, does not recognize the behringer c3 microphone
5. Install the asio all accepts the -Mackie_USB_Driver_v4_47_0, but the microphone driver does not appear

sir, for future reference. when you're testing a microphone, always kill the background music. when you were testing the Mackie dynamic mic, the background music was overpowering.
