I actually like the phone it's a good way to replace the laptop and the tablet if the tech were to mature more, all it needs is a mini keyboard and a stand and you literally have a laptop computer, a tablet and a phone when folded

If this put Huawei Mate XT, an unreal ultimate flagship smartphone device launch debut first time in global, the best way to introduce this ultimate tri fold is whether MWC2025 in Barcelona, Spain or IFA2025 in Berlin, Germany. Waiting for Huawei make official about this news, only time will tell.

The official Huawei Harmony OS will be released this month, and the global version later this year. My guess is, Mate XT will not be selling oversea without the global version of Harmony OS ready.
As for the hardware of the phones, the pre-order is already over 6M and they was planning to manufacturing 1M units. With the heat and demand for the phones of cos they will make more. China's brands are always very cautious on releasing their phones globally, for various reasons. It's not all for marketing reason, let's just say, not every companies can be as resilient as Huawei, if you're doing too good someone will call sanction upon you. Hail free market.
