In a couple of sentences, how does it compare to the original FH7? Have this set and IMO its quit good! Good with many genres of music. Just curious how this set compares with the original.

imho the only reason to use the customizable filter is when one year is more sensitive to treble than the other. Otherwise you want the unfiltered treble filter to get the maximum out of the BAs and then use EQ.

Is that a balanced cable to match the balanced 4.4mm termination? Or is it more of a basic 3.5-4.4mm adapter plug?
