My concept:
Oath: Windrunner
“You vow to leave your troubles behind; leave all regrets in the wake of your path, as you flee endlessly — as it is the best thing that you can do.”
Gains:
+1 mobility Mantra slot
+ Move and swim faster as well as climb higher the lower your HP is (negating any slow dependent on hp)
+ Move and swim speed is increased when in danger
+ Increased damage with light weapons and Galeforce/reduced negation to damage debuff
+ Reduced damage to your back

Losses:
- Less Damage the lower your HP is
- Greatly reduced damage depending on the swing speed (x.65 gives 65% damage)
- A bunch of carry load (probably limited to 100)
- Increased damage dealt to your front
- Uses hunger and thirst more for various actions

Greatly over/undertuned in this perspective but these are all concepts for it

If you do a running attack, you bleed them
If you have a speedboost, you bleed them
Paired with bloodthirst which speedboosts you when you bleed them, you can hit and run

I feel like agility gets really busted when you throw in another stat focus with it, like just imagine the Hidden Blade talent but you get to do a full Galebreathe combo

3:55 you can use revenge to negate fall damage. using dash was a bad idea

use Dash move from agility on a wall while going up u will glich and go up high
