this was helpful girlie tysm!! actually I didnt know that when you stop bulking you should decrease calories gradually and stay at maintnance instead of cutting immediately, it helped me prevent that mistake :)

thanks for this! Just a quick question, is it normal to gain much more weight on the first week of a bulk? ive gained ~4lb in the first week with a surplus of 200-500 calories and im wondering if this is normal or if I should reduce my caloric surplus. thanks!
