Netanyahu vows expansion of Rafah offensive

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says a date has been set for an expansion of Israel's military offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. It is not clear when Israel will carry out the expansion or if it will actually take place. Sebastian Usher, a BBC News Middle East reporter, joins CBS News with more.

As a kids reading about WW2 I was fascinated by how normal looking Germans could commit atrocities against civilians and now as an adult I’m still perplexed. How does someone become evil?
