This really was a good backstory to explain how Ryan acts, and the song used for him matches so well with it. To see the little glitch spot where you can see Ryan still sitting on the chair while his parents expressions are changed with the other partners at the beginning really eluded to what was going to happen next. (Also it's really sad that both parents still love Ryan, but their family situation made it so much harder to show it.)

WOAH. OH MY GOD RYAN BACKSTORY. Also the tying up of loose ends with Ryan finding Noah (presumably before his entire revenge switch-up)?? Since we were shown snippets of their relationship in the present, as friends and all, their personalities did seem like the type to mesh together so I never questioned it. But now knowing Ryan met Noah when he was being bullied definitely reinforces the foundation of their relationship. Also welcome back!! Another amazing GCMV, I love your OCs and the depth of their stories.

It also shows why Ryan was a sorta ‘playboy’ as having such a traumatic event happen during such a young age could result in him having a ‘what really is love?’ Type of mindset. This might be my favourite video on this channel. I've been watching this all over again and again lately, it's so addicting. I enjoyed everything about this video, especially the plot and the editing. Ryan's backstory and his friendship with Noah is so interesting, they are such a good duo, probably one of my favourites on this channel. It's great seeing why he has his personality, how he grew up, and how this song matches him amazingly. I genuinely love this lore and all your lore on this channel is so fascinating.
