I have bad vision so I have to wear sports vision goggles under helmets, would i be able to wear goggles under this helmet with a cage?

I play in a full contact amateur league.
sometimes i got a hit to the head... does this helmet offer good enough protection for hits or do I have to go to an upper price class for that level of protection?
