Drew was my neighbor in Malibu in 1997-98. I was in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles from 1997-2009 so I have met my fair share of celebrities, artists and movie stars. But Drew is one of a kind. She was the coolest celebrity and I shouldn’t say celebrity so let’s go with person I’ve met in my life. We would have cookouts right on the deck that faced the ocean and we would throw a football around and just socialize because half of the company I was with would be down at the beach house on the weekends. Drew was always so nice and she would hangout and chill. I have never seen “ET” before and my friends told Drew that so a couple days after they told her I received a autographed VHS, yes kids VHS tapes, of “ET” which I still have. I never opened it because it would have ruined her autograph. This was right before she was about to go and shoot “The Wedding Singer “ with Adam Sandler.
Anyway I have nothing but good things to say about Drew.

I didn't know parts of NYC still had cobblestone streets. I'm 63, and remember when the cobblestones were being dug up in my South Bronx neighborhood 50 years ago. I left NY in 1990, and miss the architecture of the old buildings. The buildings behind Drew are stunning. That apartment is awesome!
