Number 1
During the scene when Moses is singing All I Ever Wanted, he points to a sickle on the wall, but just left of that you can see Moses as a child.

Number 2
This is only one of two Dreamworks Animation films made in the 20th century, and the other film was Antz.

Number 3
The filmmakers actually suggested that Ramses died when the Red Sea comes down, and the scene with him yelling ‘Moses!’ was imagined by Moses as a way to say goodbye.

Number 4
Steven Spielburg had insisted that the final scene of the film should be Moses carrying the Ten Commandments.

Number 5
The film was sent to the theater under the name Edgar Allan as a way to hide the premiere, and POE represents Prince of Egypt.

This movie is a masteripiece in every aspect, the storytelling, the characters, the animation quality (THE RED SEA SEPARATED IN TWO SIDES IS MY FAVOURITE PART!!!😭😭😭)the script, the music, the song lyrics! A lot of artistry in one film❤, I am not an animator, but I love it as a visual artist. It is so inspiring.

I always thought Moses could hear ramesses yelling across the sea. As a kid I would turn the tv all the up just to hear and be like how did he hear him yelling way across the sea.

Actually the year 2000 counts as part of the 20th century, so Antz, The Prince of Egypt, The Road to El Dorado, Chicken Run and Joseph: King of Dreams are the only Dreamworks movies released in the 20th century.

Bro left out how the parting of the Red Sea scene took 10 animators 2 years to complete. That is beyond dedication

Ramesses surviving getting washed up to the other side of the sea is a fate worse than death. He lived to be 92 years old, meaning he had to live the rest of his life knowing he lost everything. His son, his brother, his slaves, his dynasty.

Rameses: Moses. Please.
Moses: Goodbye, brother. *runs away *
Rameses: Moses! Moses! Come back!
