I put off doing this for way too long, but here it is (finally!). Nearly two hours of decluttering my entire eyeshadow collection (2024). Tough choices were made, but feeling good coming out the other side.

This is definitely inspiring. I need to learn to let things go and pass them on so they can get loved by others. Especially palettes I used to love but don't ever reach for anymore. Our taste change and evolve and I feel guilty hoarding things I am not using. ❤ You did great! 😊

I’m simultaneously surprised by some of your declutters but also was expecting it. I think it makes sense in how you explained your makeup tastes / style these days versus how I do my makeup. I like how thorough your explanations are - really makes me think through my own collection. I’ve decluttered 30+ palettes the past few years but there are some others that probably don’t bring me as much joy as others

Oh, I have two of those glamlite palettes. One unopened. I bought most of them on sale then a killer deal on the whole collection so I own two of all except the purple one.

Finally getting around to watching this as I mentally prepare myself to also declutter my eyeshadows. But also now I'm admiring that silly little hershey white chocolate palette. I definitely have done casual browsing on mercari for it but like... I don't need it
