The cosmic arbiter, 'Star Watcher,' is vigilantly overseeing the emergence of evil in the vast expanse of the universe today. Oh, look there! Those fellows in carrot costumes, Team Carrots are coveting the property of a poor old man! Star Watcher, it's time to spring into action!

Thanks for watching! I wanted to create my original animation this time. It was intended to be a quick experiment, but it turned out to be the biggest experiment in my history. Thank you for your patience! And hope you enjoyed!

The Star Watcher might be animated in a silly style but his design and powers are actually really creative. I legit thought it was from a more serious property. Well done Kotte. You can definitely stand on your own without using already existing characters.
