I have to admit the Doctor is right! ( Being a Ret. 21yr. Blk Combat Medic) Being in my 60's I have observed the diet of many Black Americans and their diets are not good! ( Overall) Hypertension, diabetes, gout and asthma are big. There is a history of this since arriving on the ships. ( Being force to eat a certain way off of scraps that was lefted) But this is modern days and education and discipline can change the outcome!

Yes as people there is something we can do. We have to take care ourselves. Let’s eat right, excerise, and take care of ourselves. Inflammation in the body is cause of a lot of diseases. Just because the government says they are nothing we can do we can do for our self. This is the time of pray, mediation, excerise, eating clean, and pray again.
