I bought a HP 8035 in early September, 2021. I printed a few pages in the beginning everything was fine. Afterwards basically i did not use any printing service. On Friday (Jan 14, 2022) I needed to print something however I found the Magenta color did not show up - for sure the ink is almost full. I saw this video and immediately bought the cleaning kit from Amazon. Today I tried the process as this video shows, unfortunately my HP 8035 still does not print the Magenta color .... Frustrating.

So we bought brand new ink and before we watched your video hp kept telling us to clear the printhead . The printer is saying there is no ink in color even though color has never ever printed . Any thoughts ?

How do you get the cartridges to move to the center? Mine seem to be stuck over on the right side. Also getting event code 71.02.4A We used the printer daily for a long time then stopped using it for a while. When we tried to use it again, the error message came up, it won't print and the cartridges are stuck over to the right.

Hello, I did exactly what you said to do, but my printer is still saying that the print carriage can not move. Open the carriage access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction😢 I don’t know what to do, I bought it 2 months ago.
