Guinakit (fluvial parade), pronounced in Maguindanaon dialect as gee-na-ket, is among the highlights of Malapatan.Sarangani's yearly Pakaradyan Festival which showcases the rich culture of the Maguindanaon tribe, reenacting the arrival of Islam in the area, barter trading, establishing ties among tribesman of coastal towns, , courtship, and the likes. It is actively participated in by Malapatan.Sarangani's coastal barangays, and boat entries are thickly adorned by Maguindanaon decors in all colors and shapes.
