For now, let's us go for a "food trip" at Grand Caprice and Ah Fong Restaurant to get to the know some Chinese dishes we can prepare for the New Year.

Practices: there are a lot of tradional practices in preparation of the Chinese New Year. Atty Sam Tan is here with us to give us some step by step instructions as to how a certain practice can be done and its significance.
