Indian cheese . 👀 The pizza might be good but what makes a great pizza is the water used for the dough- that t explains the greatness in NYC Pizzas and bagels. Also the flour and the cheese which explains the great ness in Roma and florence( most of Italy) I don’t think Indian cheeses cut it.
