My favorite military saying “ never enough time to do it right, but plenty enough time to do it over”

As much as I love the over nighter videos I completely understand that you have to do what you have to do to keep an income coming in. Either way I'm still looking forward to your videos 👍

Gotta pay the bills! Part of the reason people are here is not only the killer content, the other half of the equation is you Corporal! Keep up the great work! 🇺🇸

Shawn,
First off thanks for your service. Ive recently started watching a lot of your videos. Thanks for sticking around as long as you have, cause i have definitely been missing out. Even though you cannot please everyone, you still seem to cater to the ones that truly appreciate what you have done and are currently doing. I look forward to your upcoming content. Take care, stay positive and do not give in to the negativity of others.
Thanks again for all you have done and are doing.

Don't blame you at all. If anyone is to blame, it's YT. It would appear that they put certain types of content creators into a category that they decide who is most relevant in that category, even if they aren't, and then they make sure the algorithm works the least efficiently for anyone else. Do you what you have to do.

I completely understand needing what you have to do to make a living. If stepping back from the usual bushcrafty videos and focusing on product is the way to go, then so be it. Not the most exciting way to start a fire, and a bit redundant as I believe you've shown us how to use your boot lace to make a bow drill in the past. Still a pretty good video though. Love the skillets! Amazing metalwork there :)

I love the consistancy you keep in teaching skills. Technique is everything. Thanks.

Still the best bow driller on YouTube....or all tubes for that matter. It was nice he showed the whole back and forth with the bow in real time with no cuts so as to get a feel for how long it really takes. My biggest problem personally would be selecting the right woods. 👍👍

Still the best.
My dad always said, there were two ways of doing things, the right way and wrong way. Do it right first and never have to repeat yourself

It doesn't matter what content you put out in your videos. I'm a loyal subscriber who watches all of the videos you put out. Keep 'em coming Shawn.

When you speed things up it makes me giggle 😅 love all your vids. You're right, too much work to start a fire that way but if necessary does work.

You still got them bow drill skills! Loved the video and patiently waiting for skillets.

Thanks Corporal. Glad to hear Donny got on board.

I thought you would do the whole fire construction beyond getting the bird nest to flame. I know you've done it before but repetition is the mother of learning and there's new people discovering your videos all the time.

It’s hard to have a bad day when you’re sitting near a good campfire especially on a cool fall evening.
