THE GREAT SNORKEL DEBATE! | 'De-restricting' a Yamaha R7 (and more Dyno charts!)
Показать описание
This keeps popping up over and over again online "Remove your snorkel and you'll make all the power in the world" "You won't be able to keep your front wheel on the ground" "Make sure you re-tune the bike because you'll get so much more air"
We've given you the results from a LAMS R7, now finally we can give you the results from a 689cc R7. Unsurprisingly they're about the same, remove the snorkel and you'll drop a bit of top end power, but gain some in the middle. Replace it with the DNA filter and lid and you still won't gain anything up top, but you'll get a bit more in the middle.
If you want to watch the rest of this build, racing footage, bike testing or other motorcycle fun and games, make sure you subscribe so you don't miss out on any of the upcoming videos!
