Okay, I'm going to show you how to change your long head of bicep strengthening work from concentric to eccentric. This is important for those people who are really acute or really sore from a diagnosed long headed bicep, tendinopathy or tendonitis.

If this is you and you find that doing concentric work is too heavy or hard, then maybe you need to do the eccentric work for the tendon and that acute phase or that sort of subacute phase where you need to build some strength to get it better, less painful and stronger.

This is an excellent video mate!

Gymnasts have bodybuilder biceps from doing front levers all day but also extremely strong bicep tendons
We can learn from your vids and them how to build strong bicep tendons and hence a more stronger body
your vid is excellent i hope others are grateful for the free advice you are giving

How long would we likely need to do this movement before moving back into pressing?

Thank you for this video. This feels effective without pain. If I feel my lats trying to engage, is that because the dumbbell is too heavy?
