Unusual Attitudes are classified in two ways:-
Nose up attitude
Nose down attitude

Power setting plays a major role in the recovery from an unusual attitude.

Recognition and the proper recovery procedure are very important for understanding unusual attitudes. If an improper recognition and recovery procedure is used, then the aircraft can go into a worse situation than before.
