HOW TO make a papercut lightbox

I started working on a watercolor painting and the background wasn't coming out like I wanted, but came across your channel and I'm thinking of using some of these techniques to add more depth and interest to the piece. i made one of these for a friend as a christmas present, it was Harry Potter themed and she liked it a lot, i used laser cut thick paper, same as you, used foamboard that i cut by hand using a cutter, i glued the layers with double sided sticky tape and LED strip for the light then framed it together using a store bought deep frame, turned out well, so well in fact that i made a 2nd one for myself, same image, since i had the parts cut 2 times just in case i made some mistakes the first time

How many layers in between each paper that you see should there be does it all depend or do you just get a feel for it. Awesome video btw!
