Jdownloader 2 Tips: Downloading Multiple Files Made Easy

I had issues and no one at Jdownloader to assist there in support. Pitiful. Files are being downloaded by .mp4 aren't included. Only MP4A (audio), not the video.

My stuff is downloading, but where the titles and details of whats downloading is supposed to appear all I get is an empty green spreadsheet with categories, any advice?
