Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Turn the dial to any setting apart from the first on the right.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Keep them both held in and after a few seconds the leds will go out and the start light will flash.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: You need to count the number of red flashes and the number of green flashes and let me know.

JustAnswer Customer: I have done what you suggested, but all that happens when I turn it on is the start button flashes red and even after holding in buttons for a few seconds LEDs don't go out, start button flashes for approx 18 seconds then beeps .

Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Press and hold the start button and the button to the left again.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Keep them held in and turn the dial 1 click clockwise.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Keep the buttons held in till the leds flash then let go.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Now turn the dial 9 clicks clockwise and then the start light will flash.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Count the red flashes and then the green and let me know.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then turn the dial to off then on then back off again.

JustAnswer Customer: Hi done all what you have suggested, there was 7 red flashes then 1 green, and seems to be working.
JustAnswer Customer: I have turned it on and off a few times and works.
